In 1999, he leaves the band, after 10 beautiful years ! He works individually with Roger Jouret better known under the name of Plastic Bertrand. It is also devoted to the composition of songs.

In 2000, he will join the group MEZZO-MEZZO as chorus-singer for the Belgian selection of Eurovision Song contest with the Belgian TV RTBF. An unforgetable evening with Johnny Logan, Sandra Kim and Melanie Cohl. His victory at the TV contest “Pour la Gloire” organized by the RTBf in 2002 leads him to begin a solo musical career and the audience is immediately fascinated by his warm voice of crooner. Again he enjoys new scenes with Marka, Jean-Louis Daulne, Curt Close, Perry Rose... Fan of jazz and particularly fan of Frank Sinatra and Al Jarreau, he works with the Victory Jazz Band of Fleurus from 2003 to 2006 and many concerts will be organized.
